Allergen and ingredient information is shown before checkout and included in every parcel. Products may be handled in an environment where allergens are present — always check before ordering.
How it works
Before you pay
Every product page shows an allergen summary before checkout — no digging, no PDFs. Collection pages and the basket remind you to check, because it matters every single time.
Inside every parcel
A printed contents and allergen sheet travels in every box — including gift, custom and mystery boxes — so whoever opens it knows exactly what's inside. Online before purchase, on paper at delivery.
Custom boxes & substitutions
If an item in a built or mystery box sells out, we may substitute something of equal or better value — and every substitution still respects your stated avoids. The printed sheet always reflects what's actually in the box.
How avoids work
Setting an avoid (like "no nuts") means we won't include products that list that allergen as an ingredient. It is not a guarantee of an allergen-free box — snacks are made and handled where allergens are present.
Cross-contamination — read this bit
Products are made by many different manufacturers and are packed together in our facility, where allergens including nuts, milk, soya, gluten, egg and sesame are present. Even where an allergen isn't listed as an ingredient, we can't rule out traces. If a trace could cause harm, please don't rely on avoids — talk to us before ordering.
Ordering for someone with an allergy?
Contact us before you order. We'll check specific products, talk through packing and help you decide whether a box is suitable. We would always rather answer a question than take a risk.
